its not that they are rare..... its that now everyone (esp) little girls will now go out & get one because its the hott new thing to do & then when they get bored they just dump the dog somewhere & bybs & puppymills pop out more dogs to keep up with the fashion statement which not only ruines the breed these poor dogs suffer because yorkies are the new thing !
