We have a low-cost spay/neuter clinic here, and I seriously considered having Gizmo neutered there. I would have, if he hadn't also needed some special blood clotting test and some teeth pulled at the same time.

I called them and asked LOTS of questions. They were very helpful and answered all of them. I was also planning a visit, but we didn't get that far.

I think they are a GREAT alternative for some. Just do what I did, call and ask them all of your questions, and then go visit.

They are more experienced than regular vets with these procedures. Good luck!
