I also have to mention that when I was buying my puppy, Mike was trying to give me AKC papers that belonged to a different litter (he said the papers were left over from a previous litter and that since the sire was the same, it didn't matter). I made him sign a contract to get the real papers and am still trying to make sure he really applies for them.
Also, as I picked up the puppy, he was filling in the shot records for the past few months. And after all the visits to the vet, I'm pretty sure he didn't really administer the shots. |

I didn't purchase a dog or puppy from him tho because of the fact that he is rude to us when we were there and quoted us a lot more money for older dogs that doesn't even look healthy.

That is very good that you asked him to sign a contract but still, it might not be the real parents

(just my thought) because they have so many dogs running around.
