I am not sure on that. But if enough of you have all the facts and maybe statments from Vets, etc, you might give it a try. I am sure the news stations would have more knowledge than me about the legal aspects. But our news stations out here really put shady businesses on the spot!!!! Alot of them have gone out of business, some just dissappeared. But, wouldnt it be great to get her on TV???!!!!!!!!!!!LOL |
