Thanks for the quick replies everyone - I feel better. I gave her some rice and some extra lean beef (we have no chicken and no stores open until the 27th

I homecook for her so at least they are foods that she is used to. I also made sure she had some extra water in the rice for hydration. She ate very willingly, so that is a good sign. She is tired from all of the excitement of the day so we will make sure she gets lots of rest and snuggling to help her feel better.

If she is still having trouble tomorrow I will definitely call the emergency vet clinic.
