Lily is starting to get this "Mommy" thing now. It took a couple of days, but she now is being a better Mommy. She will now lay down on her own to feed her puppy when she cries. I do not have to get up with her at all in the night anymore. She feeds and keeps her puppy warm and content all night! We are not able to let our other two yorkies anywhere near her when she is with her baby as she is very protective. I think that Holly is enjoying not having to share the milk with any litter mates and is gaining weight beautifully. She looks very healthy!
