Hi. I'm new here and I'm worried about my little Rocco. He's been licking his anal area non-stop the past week and when I took a look, it does not look good. It's red and really weird looking as well as having little white bumps and is very moist. Does anyone here have any idea what the problem may be. I'm not sure if I should take him to the vet for this. Thanks!
