Hi! Welcome to YT! Cesar is really not a good food to feed her exclusively. I think it is too rich and does not have enough of the requirements they need...it just tastes real good to them! I will sometimes add just a little bit of it (tablespoon) to a premium dry food and mix it around. It helps my 'picky' one eat the dry food. Also, try mixing a little chopped green beans to the dry food if she does not want to eat it plain. I think most people feed twice a day. How is her weight? Good luck!
