It is a scam!!
Cameroon is the number one place they try pulling scams off for yorkies and other breeds. Nigeria is another.
They will say the dog is free and then when you decide you want it they will say they need a small fee around $200 for the shipping.
Of course they never have the dogs, they just want to get your money.
So stay from away from them!!
I have to admit these scammers are getting better each day. They seem to be improving on their English. I wish there was a way we could stop all of them.
If you want to have a little fun, tell them you are flying over and would like to pick the dog up in person!!
