I am a bit frustrated.. but I know this is normal behavior.. I take Rudy to his pee pad and stand over or sit next to him and tell him to go potty... he does everything but go.. take him back do it again and nothing... one minute later off he goes and pees..
I have been telling him NO in a firm voice and taking back to pee pad .. Can I do anything else? This doesnt happen every time but I would say 50 % of the time.... I am puzzled
is he trying to tell me something
