Dianne is right, your sharing bad experience may just save a yorkie's life.
I'm so sorry to hear you had to go thru this though.....I can imagine it really worried you and the guilt you feel - but accidents happen to all of us, even the most well-intentioned people. Otis will be fine and think of all the fun you'll have with your new stroller!
