Also, don't make a fuss before you leave and when you come home. When you leave, give her the kong or whatever it is you want to give, then leave. Don't say goodbye and look all sad and anxious, she'll pick up on that.
When you return, greet her normally and calmy. Whatever you do, don't act like your return is a big deal.
Acting normal when you leave and when you return will show her that your leaving and returning is normal and that she has no reason to be anxious.
I did this with my little one and she doesn't make a sound when I leave to go to work.
