I don't know a lot about this subject -- but perhaps get a tube of Nutrical (you can get it at the pet store) -- it's a supplement you can give her if she is not eating and dogs seem to love it. It's packed with calories and is often given to puppies when they are not eating properly. Also, see if she likes carrots or apples in her bowl, mixed with her regular food -- this could be a nice, healthy treat for her, added calories and encourage her to eat the other regular food in her bowl. (It worked for my finmicky pup!) Good Luck!
