and I'd sue the owners. There is just no excuse for irresponsible behavior and letting dogs run loose that end up ripping apart another dog
I think my three biggest fears are:
My dog getting run over by a car
My dog getting stolen
My dog getting attacked by another dog

Purchasing from backyard breeders, pet shops, and puppymills perpetuates the suffering of other dogs.
Educate yourself and buy from reputable breeders or rescue.
