Oh I feel the pain of those dogs, this was terrible/horrifying to watch, I could not watch all of it.
These kinds of people need to go to prison and be locked up for a long long time, I bet if stiffer sentencing was done, it would get rid of some. I know not all, these people hide in the country side most times I am sure, as neighbors if they lived close by some one would surely report this before it gets to be like this. But stiffer sentencing would help greatly I believe. pooh's mum
