I think, that unless the teeth are really, really loose, I wouldn't try pulling them. Play lots of tug of war games with him to help him loosen and lose them. Maddie was spayed at 7 months and didn't need any baby teeth pulled because she'd lost them all on her own. I think it was all the tug of war she played with her toys that helped her lose them.
