They are upsetting - I've seen them all in the past years and still get upset knowing its still happening and WILL still happen as long as the government lets it - there is just protection for all the EVIL Puppy Millers who sell dogs like drugs - it's just disgusting. It's up to each person to do what they can to help and educate others on the perils of all the puppy mills AND let's not forget - The PET STORES WHO BUY FROM MILLS !
