No, six weeks old is not standard. The Yorkshire Terrier Club of America's Code of Conduct requires Yorkie breeders to keep puppies until they are 12 weeks old:

8) All puppies leaving the breeders possession will be a minimum of twelve (12) weeks
of age to facilitate adequate socialization as well as appropriate emotional and
temperament development through interaction with siblings, dam and other dogs.

Not only is the risk of hypoglycemia great, poor Mya has missed out on many valuable lessons she would have learned from her mom and littermates had she been allowed to stay with them longer.

Six weeks is awfully young to get vaccinations, too. Dr. Dodd's vaccine protocol which has been adopted by 27 vet schools recommends that puppies not be vaccinated until they are nine weeks old. At six weeks, she probably still had natural immunities from nursing which the vaccinations have probably killed off.
