My 2 yorkies, male & female 3 years & 9 mo. are sneaky and stubborn about letting me know when they need to go outside if I don't keep a bellyband/doggie panties on them they go in the next room to pee, I have put the string of bells on the door to get them used to hitting them when they need to go out ,one of the training methods I read about, its not working, they won't bark or hardly ever sctrach at the door. Any ideas?
