Sounds like your pup wants your attention. I find that attending obedience classes is a great help. The classes help you understand what you need to learn and what you need to do in order to have a well behaved dog.
Find a good class and enroll as soon as you can. It's great fun! You won't find too many Yorkies or small dogs in the classes, but I believe that all dogs and their owners need to learn together.
