I'm new here, and I own a 6-month old Yorkie. He has always been a very sweet and loving puppy, and is great with me, my husband, and my two children ages 3 and 2. He has never growled, snapped, or tried to bite any of us. But, any time we are out and he sees one of my neighbors leave their house or another dog he barks, and barks, and barks like crazy. He really doesn't growl, snarl, or snap, just BARKS! Also, anytime someone new comes over he goes ballistic barking at them. He will calm down after a few minutes of them being in the house and then he acts normally. I'm worried he is developing aggressive tendencies and really want to nip this in the bud sooner rather than later. He has not been neutered yet (will be next month), so I'm not sure if that makes a difference or not. Any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated!!!
