Default This is heartbreaking

The good thing is that "some" of these puppy mills are being investigated and hopefully shut down. As painful as it is to see these poor dogs in these conditions the only way to try to put a stop to this is to show these videos. People need to see what really goes on in these mills. There should be country wide legislation and these people should be tried and put in jail for animal abuse. Shame on them for doing these things and shame on the goverment for not regulating pet shops and puppy mills.
