Hello all!

I was wondering if there is a specific place to buy scrapbooks? my best friend and i are wanting to do scrapbooking, for our babies (well my 2nd on the way, and her twins).. and i have no idea where to buy a scrapbook or supplies?

i only know they have some stuff at target, but it's such a small section were i live, and i'm not sure of any else to go?

and are there pre-made templates as well to help me? because this would be my 1st time ever trying to scrapbook!
