Ricky is my very first Yorkie and we are wondering about letting his hair grow. His first haircut was a modified Schnauzer cut but I really like the looks of the long hair. Is this commonly done with males? I don't necessarily want a bow on his top knot but I want the top knot.

I realize the long hair can be time consuming to take care of, but we want to give it a try. Thanks in advance for your help!
