That puppy doesn't look yorkie to me at all - not even a parti yorkie. If you compare Livi's picture with the puppy's picture, you can see that the puppy's ears are set much lower...there is no way those ears are built to stand up. They are low on the head and will be floppy as an adult. Livi's ears are set higher up on her head, as they are meant to stand. Even yorkies' ears that never stand are set higher up on the head than the puppy in question.
