That is a beautiful house. I love the yard and landscape too. As far as the white cabinets, I had those too and I didn't ever like them so I distressed them a little by putting a very light brown on them with a brush,just random swipes of the brush with just a dab of paint on the brush, streak marks and all, and then I put a white semi-gloss over that, then a satin poyurethane. I like how they look now, it warmed up the whole kitchen. I will keep my fingers crossed for you. So exciting a new house and a new baby....
plus a big yard for the kids and dogs....
