Unhappy Lethargic and not eating

Hello all,

My Yorkie is 19 weeks old and he is acting really weird: low energy, not eating his dinner, and overall not his normal self. His poop didnt show that he ate anything weird, nor did he eat anything out of the normal in the past 24 hours (as far as I know). I would say that he possible could be a picky eater b/c he is eating eating a chicken strip I gave him, did not eat his dinner today, and I can hear his stomach making these weird gurgling noises (but no diarrhea or vomit). Does anyone think he may be hypoglycemic? he is 19 weeks and 5.5. lbs so I thought he was passed that stage. I am trying to decide whether to take him to emergency or to wait til Monday to see the regular vet. As a side note yesterday he played with another puppy friend of his for 3 hours straight - I am talking they would not stop biting and tussling with each, could he still be tired from playing all day yesterday? Its almost like Bailey is eerily to calm and not nippy which is not normal for him - he is sitting under my feet now. Not neutered yet either....

Please advise :-S
