My pulga is also 2lbs now and she gets half dose. I also have a cocker that is 20lbs and she gets the whole thing. I think that a whole dose for a small baby is too much and they could get sick / react bad to the shot. Its quite sad that most vets don’t care and give the same amount regardless of the doggy size
