They are all safe but just something to keep in mind--some dogs can't tolerate wheat and/or corn products so if your dog starts to itch it may be the cornmeal or whole wheat and you may need it substitute that ingredient with something else. Some dogs also don't tolerate milk well--it may cause diarrhea--just depends on the dog.. Good luck!
