Wow your lucky the mother did not die during the birthing process. Under 3 lbs. should not be breed at all and you should have aborted the pregnancy immediately. That being said i'm glad your mom is doing okay after such an ordeal. Once the puppy is weaned you will see a change in weight, since this is the only puppy that has survived it is getting all of mom's milk and attention which keeps the puppy eating very well and less mobile. |
