Good for you! Many people will bitch about something but not do anything. Going after them via the government and their false applications is a very intelligent way to close them down, even though they will try and just start another one under another name. At some point the IRS will nail them. You will be saving many dogs and people's hearts by going after this group.

I have always said in any of my emails "reputable rescue" as this type of scam is going on all the time by many people and breeders. They use the cloak of rescue to make more money off of these poor dogs. If I remember right this group was also on petfinders.com so please make sure and notify them of your findings.
