My female Lexie had a litter of pups on October 14. I believe it was about a week or so after returning from the stud's home, she had the same symptoms you decribed....morning sickness. Didn't eat much of anything and throwing up, well nothing, since she wasn't eating much. Of course I was concerned about her not eating and tried whatever would work to get her to eat a little as you are doing. Morning sickness lasted about a week or so. When she did get her appetite back, she began eating ALOT more and she had 4 healthy babies 7 weeks later. Congratulations on your females pregnancy and good luck. Keep us posted on her progress
