Hello yorkie community! I'm new to this, actually, this is my first time ever joining an online forum discussion.

Here is my problem, my pup who is 10 months old, seems to get knots around his neck area. Is there a way to avoid these?

On top of that, I don't know what kind of products to use to make his hair shiny and silky. Right now, he has about 5-6 inches of hair that looks dull and dry. Help?
