So sorry to hear that your little one is doing so poorly! Is he warm? It is imperative that he is kept warm. You can't feed a cold puppy he must be warm or it could kill him. I know of some that have carried a pup around all day in their bra to keep them warm, whatever it takes. I sure hope he makes it. Prayers for you and the pup.
