First have you called her? Where is she from?? What kind of money is she talking about?? Why you?? I would ask all these questions, Who knows maybe its not a scam, But I don't like the part that says "I have had over 30 responses so please, only contact me if you can meet the requirements and are serious." WHo told her you wanted this dog??? I'd call her or PM her. See what this is all about.. It can't hurt to find out..
