Unfortutnately you are going to have to make one (that probably isn't going to look right) to make one that does. I sew and I can't tell you how many items I've had to toss because I just couldn't get it right the first time.....or the second! I would probably start out with making the vest and attaching a ruffle and see how that looks/fits....then you could make one squaring off the bottom...you may not have to. Adding a ruffle may be all you have to do!
