Sounds like taste is an issue - so I'd highly recommend Orijen - I think it's the best kibble out there and their nutrition philosophy is AWESOME. Check out their white paper:

Other good ones would be Innova EVO, Natures Variety Instinct, Evangers, Wellness, Cal. Natural.
I feed NV's raw medallions now - but I hear their kibble is really great - and the ingredients look wonderful too!
