I don't know specifically, but a friend of a friend does import them from a latin american country. I know because when I was looking to buy she told me her friend was going to have a shipment in. The lady was selling them for about $500. They were not going to be 5-6 pounds but in the larger size range. I opted and bought them here in the US and got burned once.
