I just saw it too but at my local Puppy store. I was so grateful becuase Cosmo loves popcorn and I always worry that he will choke. I bought it but he has not had any becuase of his accident. Now that he is feeling better I can't wait to have him try it, I know he will LOVE it! They told me is does not have kernals but I have not opened the bag.
