Hi Des and thank you for your compliments. It is a fake! We normally have real trees, but the past 4 years, they hardly make it till Christmas. This was my sister's tree...she had it up for two Christmas' and got tired of it so she sold it to me. I love it and don't think I'll ever get tired of it.
