Yeah, and even the confirmation can be messed up.
I just had a package from Amazon delivered the other day. I was tracking it online at work and it said delivered.
Yes!
But then the line underneath said a "male child" took delivery. Unless Ozzie or one of the cats took it, something was VERY wrong as they are the only "male children" in the house.

(We had trouble last year with a USPS delivery to the wrong address even though the package was right, so I'm particularly sensitive to tracking.)
Luckily, the package HAD been delivered. No one was even home. The mailman was either smokin' crack or lying!
