LOL i can totally relate!! my co workers were getting sick of hearing me talk about my future yorkies when i was getting ready to adopt one!!!
well it worked because bentleys breeder asked for 3 letters of recommendation...and said she would supply references from the other pups she had sold, her vet, the AKC breeder document (that says she is recognized by the AKC as a breeder of yorkies), etc. etc...i took this as a very good sign that she wants a good home for her babies
needless to say, they wrote GLOWING letters to her and copied me on them...basically they both said i talked nonstop about getting a puppy, how i was going to care for them, what a good mommy i would be, the costs related to health and vet visits, etc
