Wow...we have similar tastes in music. I love Blonde Redhead & Porthishead (wished they would put out somethign new soon, though.) I've seen Goldfrapp and Thievery Corporation in concert.
But I think my favorite bands/musicians are St. Etienne (yes, they are still around and strong), Serge Gainsbourg (Blonde Redhead covered some of his songs), the Beatles, Beastie Boys, Amelie Soundtrack.
My favorite movies are Amelie, Breakfast at Tiffany's, Run Lola Run, Vertigo, probably Star Wars, a New Hope. hahha.
