Well, after holding for a ridiculously long time, I accidentally hung up

I emailed customer "service" and asked them to send me the form. Also complained, not that it'll do any good, about the lousy service, and how my messages are delayed for hours and sometimes DAYS. Hopefully this will help prove that they breached the contract, so we don't have to pay the early termination fees
I will be returning the phone, the bluetooth, and the travel charger. After the holidays, we're switching to somewhere else, any suggestions? My hubby really needs to keep his number for business, so hopefully we'll be able to do that. I dunno, but we never ever had a problem until Sprint took over things. Nextel ROCKED!
