No, you may not come look at the puppy before buying. The puppies are from a wide area. Buying decisions must be made based on the information on the site. You do not have to accept the pet upon its arrival. A restocking fee equal to at least 25% of the purchase price will apply. This is to insure that all parties take some responsibility in the transaction.
