I would recommend going to PAWS (located in Pilsen/Chicago)

I took Rocco there to get his manhood removed and he is fine and the staff is very friendly.

Also, it only cost $50 for dogs, it's affordable because its a non-profit organization.

Oh and Rocco got 3 teeth pulled, I think its $10 per tooth, but just call first to make sure, overall was still more affordable than my Vet.
