Well sweaters are notorious for matting hair! if she has the problems with other types of clothing you may try having the person you purchase the clothing from make it with a satin/sateen lining to avoid this. I remember the first thing I purchased for sassy was a sweater and it took me 3 days to comb out all the matts from it. I didn't realize she was getting so matted underneath that sweater and she only wore it for about 8 hours. She has never worn a sweater since. The static that builds up in the fibers just transmits to the hair and makes a mess. Good luck solving your problem.
