Archie burps, too, after eating. It's a cute little chirping sound! As for the "puppy hair," I don't quite know what you mean (the black hair on his back that will eventually change color, perhaps?). If that's what you mean, mine is nearly two and his back is still black (though less dark than when he was a puppy). He has lots of beautiful silver hair underneath. Otherwise, his coat has always been the same, pretty thick and straight. He got his first "haircut" at about five months old.
