Inbreeding can bring out the best and it can bring out the worst. If you mean bringing defects forward when you say "get them out" than I guess that would be correct. Case in point, if you highly suspect that Lp is lurking in your lines than inbreeding could bring it out and prove that you are correct. I'm not sure that I could ethically do that just to test a theory. You have to know every possible defect that could emerge in order to evaluate the gamble and it would take many generations to compile that sort of knowledge. Unless your breeder has been dealing with this line for 30 years and can guarantee that any possible pups from this inbreeding wouldn't be born with genetic faults that would make them suffer I wouldn't advise it. I just couldn't take the risk in order to expose any genetic ghosts that may be hiding in her line's closet.
