What you have been quoted would be correct for an abdominal surgery and right in line or maybe even cheap. It is just that some vets do spay/neuter for cheaper.
WOW!!! I think we had talked about your vet before because I had to use them in an emergency for a c section and they wanted to charge me $500 to spay my female during the c section!!! I told them NO WAY! I think they were tryng to take me big time!
